For 10...30 seconds, your arrows strike for +1...10 damage and cause Bleeding for 10...18 seconds if they hit. They will cause crippling if they are Blocked. This arrows ignore any other damage bonus from any effect.
(So no Conjure, no Brutal Weapon, etc. Only +x from damage skills will be counted).

This is at 15 blood: 5e 1s cast 20 recharge: Creates well from corpse, +4 regen, 2 energy, 10 dmg...i really don't know how to balance this ><

Totally forgot about this thread. It's much prettier with skill icons.
I always thought Phoenix was fine, maybe make the target take the 7...91...119 and adjacent to you the 15...75...95.
